The Obsidian Leaders Program is designed specifically for Functional Leaders. It is a structured development program โ€“ participants study some of the most critical skills and competencies in executive leadership in workshops facilitated by an experienced CEO.

The Caliper Profile helps participants understand the relevant competencies that are natural strengths and those that may need an extra focus and support in developing. It builds a comprehensive profile of an individualโ€™s core personality traits based on 20 key indicators and shows a causal link between these personality traits and relevant competencies therefore determining natural strengths and how one is likely to perform in critical aspects of their role as a Leader.


The Caliper Profile is based on over 60 years of research and experience linking innate personality traits with workplace behaviours and competencies and determining likely fit to role. Participants benefit from the opportunity to reflect on their natural style and how this is impacting their role as a Leader along with opportunities to develop. Self-awareness is a critical foundation of leadership and the Caliper Profile arms participants with information to further develop their self-awareness particularly regarding their leadership style and how it is supporting their career development.


Our Accredited Practitioners deliver a detailed debrief on results with a rich discussion on how the results align with existing self-awareness and how elements of the profile manifest in workplace behaviours and decisions. They then guide the participant through the process of building a detailed personal development plan with actions and goals based on driving strengths and developing areas requiring greater focus and attention.
